Importance of opening up, breathing, relaxing & addressing your Higher Self when under time-crunch & creating with others.
We got to create with support, but it was Always our own creation.
Body work and the precision in movement that I have been searching for.
As a teacher myself, I was very impressed with how pedagogical, responsive and humble our teacher Lana Biba was.
I learnt to listen to music in movement and states.
The discipline and the passion that Lana has inspired us during the whole course .
The poetry and playfulness of the mime work.
I felt a big safety in the room even though we where a big group. I'd like to do the course again.
How much you can create on a small surface and in a short time.
"Finding pleasure" - that's what I take with me.
Hold up the energy in the group, and that it's an important key to creativity.
Search for the truthful. That it's one of the most important things you can take with you onto stage and into life.
A good mix of the technical and the inner! Very, very useful!!!
