Artistic Coaching for Dancerscompetition and performance
To connect with your dance partner, or the audience, it's good to first connect with your self. Breath. Where is this coming from? Explosive strength, the will to dance, the beginning of my movement? If we live truly what we do - we need nothing els. Not to succeed, not to win, not to be good. Just to keep doing. Like nothing could ever stop you. Empower your presence in dance. Be an actor. Be a yogi master. As you breath your choreography, and dance your emotion. Lana's background is professional ballet, elite ballroom-latin dance sport, Meisner training for actors, physical theatre and kundalini yoga. She has taught or collaborated with artists such as Akram Kahn, Cirque du Soleil, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama London, other universities around the globe, and her own London Physical Theatre School.
